Legality

The 2018 Farm Bill removed hemp from the Controlled Substances Act, paving the way for the wholly legal cultivation, possession, sale and distribution of the hemp plant. We only use hemp-derived CBD (grown organically in the U.S.) which is legal in all 50 states. Our CBD isolate and Broad Spectrum CBD products have ZERO THC in them. Our Full Spectrum CBD products have trace amounts of THC, all totaling less than 0.3% THC which makes them compliant and legal in all 50 states. All of our products are 3rd party tested by an ISO-certified lab to make sure they meet all safety and legal requirements.

That being said, there are seven states that in local or state governments have not explicitly declared CBD legal (or illegal). Though CBD is readily available and sold in those states, we have decided to err on the side of caution and until further notice will not ship to: Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho,Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire, South Dakota.
